Hailing from Bloomington, Indiana I have hands on industry experience in everything from leasing to investment. I hold my associates degree in business management from Ivy Tech, and I am currently located in Orlando, FL studying finance at UCF. In addition to this, I am a licensed real estate agent and property manager in the grater Orlando area. I pride myself on attention to detail, process optimization capabilities, and ability to work under stress.
My Story
Starting my real estate journey at 18 in 2020 while studying at Ivy Tech community college in Bloomington College when I found a poorly listed manufactured home for an amazing deal, that we ending up completely redoing from redoing all the plumping, the kitchen, bathrooms, to residing the detached garage. After the successful flip, I joined a local property management company as a leasing agent where I learned everything phone properly responding to leads, converting prospective tenants, and move in/move out inspections! After about a year I moved to work at a in house management company, managing over 130 units jointly with my business partner and 2 maintenance techs, coordinating everything from full renovations, necessary evictions, move ins, and capital improvements of the complex's. Currently a property manager and Realtor here in Orlando I manage 12 units from leasing to owner financials while assisting management or cordination of our flips ongoing in the grater Bloomington, Indiana area, home to Indiana University!
